Do I need a consultation before treatment?

Yes. Every new client begins with a personalized consultation so we can understand your goals, evaluate your skin or wellness concerns, review your medical history, and recommend the treatments best suited for you.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointments can be scheduled online or by calling our office. We recommend booking in advance, especially for injectables and laser treatments.

What should I expect during my first visit?

Your first visit includes a consultation, treatment recommendations, and plenty of time to ask questions. Our goal is to ensure you feel informed, comfortable, and confident before beginning any treatment.

What is Botox?

Before & After Care

Should I avoid anything before Botox or fillers?

Your provider may recommend avoiding alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and certain supplements for several days before treatment if medically appropriate.

Can I exercise after injectables?

Most clients should wait at least 24 hours before vigorous exercise.

When can I wear makeup after microneedling?

We generally recommend waiting at least 24 hours, or as directed by your provider.

Tanning

How do I prepare for my Spray Tan Germantown TN?

Shower, shave and exfoliate before every sunless session. Do not wear any lotions or oils the day of the tan.  Its best to not wear deodorant or make-up during the sunless session to guarantee the best application.

How do I care for my tan?

You will need to wait 10 hours before coming in contact with water including sweat. Although, we do have a new solution that allows you to shower in 2 hours but you will leave DARK. Keep moisturizing to keep your skin hydrated and maximize the life of your tan.

What do I wear for my Spray Tan service?

We recommend that you wear loose-fitting, darker clothes after your spray session.  You can wear as little or as much feel comfortable with during your service.  If you choose to wear an article of clothing the solution will wash out.  

How do I make an appointment?

Please feel free to book online or call us. We recommend booking services in advance so we can best accommodate your request. Walk-ins are welcome, pending availability. If it’s your first treatment with us, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. 

Policies

In consideration of our clients as well as our service provider's time and due to an increased number of cancellations, we have revised our Cancellation, No Show, Reschedule and Late Arrival policies as of January 1st, 2025. We thank you for your understanding.

Privacy Policy

No mobile details or personally identifiable information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged an $50 fee.

Late arrival policy 

If you are running late, please call us immediately so that we can discuss your options. When guests are more than 10 minutes late, LaBella reserves the right to shorten or reschedule your service. If you are more than 10 minutes late and we need to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged an $80 Late Cancellation Fee. 

Rescheduling Policy

There is a $50 fee for rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time. Credit card required at time of reschedule.

No Show No Call Policy

There will be an $50 fee added to your account to be paid prior to booking any future appointments.

Gratuity

We appreciate gratuity for our staff.
